Southern winter weddings are normally not very wintery… but this one was! Bailey & Kaitlyn tied the knot on January 8th, at the Plain Community Center in quaint Plains, Georgia. This was my first wedding of the year, and I would say it was a pretty good way to start the year off.
Kaitlyn was one of the best brides anyone could ask for. From our very first planning session, I could tell their wedding day would be a breeze with how organized she was. She had already made a timeline, on her own, and was prepared for anything that came their way.
The bridal party got ready at The Plains Historic Inn, right next to their venue. The Inn offers 7 suites, each based on a different time period in history. “Every room is a history lesson” according to the owners. The Inn was located right on Main Street, which made their commute to the ceremony location pretty easy!
Bailey & Kaitlyn were married during golden hour, leaving us enough time for sunset portraits after the wedding! Their reception was full of their favorite foods, a gorgeous cake, lots of dancing, some tears, and a ton of laughter.
Thank you both for allowing me the honor to be a part of your special day. Cheers to the Goodins!

Congratulations Bailey & Kaitlyn! Thank you for letting me capture your special day.
